Giving
As a non-profit organization, Faded Red Rugby counts on the support of its members to provide assistance to the rugby teams of Cornell University. However, unlike many similar alumni groups, we give our members the chance to target all donations to specific teams as they see fit. This gives donors complete flexibility when providing a gift to the program. To learn more about targeting your donation, please consider the five options below:
CURFC Men’s Rugby Fund
To provide targeted assistance to the undergraduate men’s program or pay your monthly men’s alumni dues, please click here. Your donations will support team travel, uniform purchases and player development.
CWRFC Women’s Rugby Fund
Similarly, to provide targeted assistance to the undergraduate women’s program, please click here. Your donations will support team travel, uniform purchases and player development.
Graduate School Rugby Fund
Former members of the Johnson School rugby club are invited to donate to graduate student rugby at Cornell, and can do so by clicking here. Your donations will support team travel, uniform purchases and player development.
General Faded Red Fund
To make a grant for discretionary use by Faded Red Rugby, supporting annual program-wide activities like field maintenance, coaching stipends and training equipment, please click here.
Faded Red Endowment
Our endowment fund is designed to provide long-term financial stability for the rugby programs at Cornell. To donate to the Faded Red Endowment, please click here.
All donations made to the Faded Red Alumni Association through the Cornell University websites listed above are tax deductible. Once donations are processed, Cornell University will provide all donors with hard copy receipts via letter. If you have additional questions, please contact Thomas Bachrach at tbachrach@gmail.com.
