Faded Red’s leadership team consists of three groups: voting board members (the board), who are elected annually to manage the distribution of Faded Red funds, executive committee members who are appointed by the board to manage key operations, and special advisers who are appointed by the board to provide select expertise. All leadership positions are voluntary and unpaid.

Note: Pursuant to the bylaws of the Cornell University Rugby Alumni Association (Faded Red), voting board members are elected by alumni members of Faded Red and control the disbursement of funds collected by Faded Red. Executive committee members and special advisers are appointed by the President on an as-needed basis to conduct business on behalf of Faded Red. Appointed positions do not have control over the disbursement of funds collected by Faded Red. Voting board members and executive committee members are required to attend all board meetings, either in-person or by telephone. Special advisers are not required to attend all board meetings.
